Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to absolutely love your We Work & Play pieces! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging).
• Final sale items (such as discounted or clearance pieces) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
• We currently offer size or style exchanges if the requested item is in stock.
• If unavailable, we’ll issue store credit so you can pick your new favorite.
Refunds
• Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method once received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your return arrives.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at nina@weworkandplay.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at your local carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right ASAP.
Notes
• International orders: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
